クリスタルボウルは、高純度な水晶が使われていて、花瓶のような形にする時高温で焼いて溶かし、その際シリカと言われるケイ素が粉末状で混入されているために、人や動物と共鳴しやすく、ほかのどの楽器よりも脳からリラックス出来る作用がある、と言われています。🍀☀️
1つのボウルから1つの音だけでなく、倍音と言われている多角性なる音がプラズマのように発音されるために、音浴と言われる心地良いサウンドを奏でてくれます。
日頃から緊張感をもって、張り詰めっ放しの脳を、少し緩めることにより、呼吸がゆっくりと整い、気持ちが穏やかになり、心が開きやすくなります。自分自身を受け入れ、頑張っている自分を認めてあげましょう！！女神降臨です！そして、今をフォーカスします。音の作用により、先見性なる閃きが降りてきたり、今、自分に必要なメッセージが受け取れたりします。

Crystal Singing Bowl is made of high quality crystal quartz. They are burnt by super high temperature, melt, add silica when creating the instrument.
